Richmond, Virginia, is known for acts such as Gwar, Lamb Of God, and even Pat Benetar. The metal band Seasons is well on their way to add their name to that eclectic mix!

This weekend I made the trek two-plus hours north to take part in the filming of their latest single Violence Is A Virtue and to chat with the guys!

Violence Is A Virtue is the title track off the upcoming EP (of the same name), which may end up being a full album before all is said and done!
